I'm a Nigerian career coach working with people who feel stuck between where they are and where they suspect they should be — whether that's a first career, a bad-fit job, or a change they've been circling for years.
My approach borrows from how I think about direction in general: you rarely need the entire route before you start. You need to notice where you actually are, ask a sharper question, choose a direction worth testing, run a small experiment, and move — then repeat.
I don't believe in telling people what they're "meant to do." I believe in helping them gather enough real evidence to make their own next decision with confidence.
